"Sweet relief" is a song by The Gliding Faces. "Sounds a bit sort-of Celtic, this. I did some nice, bombastic drums for it and we kept joking it sounded a bit Enya-esque," comments Dan. On the lyrics, Max says, "It's about the torch passing of generations of people in the LGBT community and how the creation of the first safe space for them is a relief as it means safety and comfort for all future generations in a harsh world."

Lyrics

Sweet, sweet relief
You made a world for me where I can be free

I grew in a harsh world
Full of hate, my morals curled
All I needed was a shining beacon
To make the demons weaken

Sweet, sweet relief
You made a world for me where I can be free
Sweet, sweet relief
Don't give me a test
I need this rest

You pull me from Purgatory
Now I need is me
I rise above these sins
Hope grows from deep within

Sweet, sweet relief
You made a world for me where I can be free
Sweet, sweet relief
Don't give me a test
I need this rest

Presently, the love grows
We pass it on and it flows
There's no need for dismay
We can pave the way

Now pull me from Purgatory
Now all I need is me
I rise above these sins
Hope grows from deep within
