Priorities

"Priorities" is a song by The Gliding Faces about moving on. Max says, "'Priorities' is about cutting off the people you don't need anymore and coming to terms with new boundaries you've created after a negative situation."

Lyrics

My world is clearer
Without you in it
I'll never be fearful
Without a cynic

Priorities
You're not included in my
Priorities
It doesn't matter what you try
Priorities
My own worth is above your
Priorities
I'm done trying any more

Making positive changes
Burning all the litter
It's been coming for ages
I'm no longer bitter

Priorities
You're not included in my
Priorities
It doesn't matter what you try
Priorities
My own worth is above your
Priorities
I'm done trying any more

My horizons wide open
The world at my feet
I'm standing unbroken
Opportunities to me

Priorities
You're not included in my
Priorities
It doesn't matter what you try
Priorities
My own worth is above your
Priorities
I'm done trying any more
